What is your return Policy?

flicka mart offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product by sending mails to us.. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
Product has to be in original & unused state
Request has to be raised within 2 days of delivery
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. We usually ship the within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 6 days by the shipping companies to make your order to reach you. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to other issues.We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status.It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves from our end.

Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you the correct one.

How can I pay?

We currently accept both PayPal and Cash on Delivery . You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@flickamart.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
